Central Racing Circuit - Omakau
It's the first day of the Central racing circuit and as always it is set to be a great family day out!

Omakau trots are a highlight for many and this year it's bigger and better than ever!
- The ODT Ladies Fashion On The Field is for entrants 18-years & over and as always there will be a fantastic prize pool. Be on course early to get your entry in to be a part of it all.
- A new innovation this year is the photo board – just take a selfie in front of it and post it on the Central Otago Trotting Club facebook page to be in to win Gibbston Valley Concert tickets.
- There will be Highlands Motorsport Park passes valued at $450 each in the Family Sulky Derby while there are many other great prizes including a One Hour Scenic Flight from Alexandra Airport across a range of competitions.
- There are losing ticket draws throughout the day to win $50 betting vouchers, and even better, if you are a member of the Central Otago Trotting Club who has paid their subs that prize will double to a $100 Betting Voucher.
- If you have a Ford or Mazda parked in the car park listen out for the chance to win, should your number plate be read out over the PA system.
- Punters Club tickets will be available at $10 to allow our expert to bet on your behalf.
- Free kids entertainment including a Scavenger Hunt, mini jeeps and aqua bubbles
- Heaps of giveaways throughout the day
